Wanting something in a particular fabric and its out of stock?

If there is an item you are wanting in a particular fabric and its out of stock, please send us a message to check, we may be able to make one up for you.

Inaccuracy with stock?

If there is an inaccuracy with stock numbers or pricing, we will contact you via email as soon as possible and will happily refund you or put your payment towards another item.

Do we offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do! Our gift wrapping service is complimentary for any items that are intended to be gifts. Please just leave a comment when placing your order which items you would like to be wrapped and your message for the giftee, if you would like a short message written on a little tag.

My order has arrived and its faulty! Now what do I do?

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately within 14 days via email to discuss.
Please provide photos of the damaged or faulty item.
Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to contact us immediately if there are any issues.
We cannot process a return for a faulty item if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault .
If the item is deemed faulty we will meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will offer a replacement if we have a replacement in stock, credit or refund once we have received the returned item.
